BusRight App Information

The Oneida City School District will soon begin using BusRight, a new school bus tracking and transportation communication app.

BusRight provides real-time bus tracking, estimated arrival times, and notifications for delays or route changes—helping improve communication, safety, and peace of mind for families. The real-time bus tracking feature will be launched in the coming weeks. All other app features will be available upon download.

BusRight will officially launch on Monday, January 26.

Sign Up for ParentSquare

Dear Oneida CSD Families,

We’d like to take a moment to remind families about ParentSquare, the Oneida City School District’s official communication platform. ParentSquare helps keep you informed and connected by delivering important district, school, classroom, and activity information all in one easy place.

Why ParentSquare is a great option

  • All school communications are centralized in one platform
  • Receive messages the way that works best for you — email, text, app notifications, or daily digest
  • Easy access from your phone or computer
  • Translation and customizable notification features are available

Whether it’s emergency notifications, school updates, events, or messages from teachers and staff, ParentSquare helps ensure you don’t miss important information.

Important Note: ParentSquare will notify those contacts listed as a Primary Parent, Parent, Guardian, or a customized role called: PS Guardian-approved contact within Schooltool.  ParentSquare is an all-in-one platform that contains personally identifiable information for each student; therefore, we only engage with those designated contacts.

How to Sign Up for ParentSquare

Option 1: Activate Your Invitation

  1. Look for an invitation email from ParentSquare (sent to the contact information the district has on file).
  2. Click the link in the message to activate your account.
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm your information and set your notification preferences.

Option 2: Self-Register

  1. Visit parentsquare.com/signin or download the free ParentSquare app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Click Register and enter the email address or phone number that Oneida CSD has on file for you.
  3. Check your email or text messages for a verification code.
  4. Complete your registration and customize your notification preferences.

Important Note:
If ParentSquare does not recognize your email address or phone number, please contact the district registrar to ensure your contact information is up to date. Accurate contact information is required to activate your account. Please email Nancy Marji at the district registrar:  nmarji@oneidacsd.org or call (315) 363-2550 x0. 

Already Signed Up?

If you already have a ParentSquare account, we encourage you to double-check your notification settings to make sure you’re receiving messages in your preferred format and frequency. You can adjust these settings anytime within the app or on the ParentSquare website.
