Where Are They Now?

Meet Emily Trexler, Oneida City School District alumna, Class of 2017.

During her time at OCSD, Emily found joy and inspiration in art class, where creativity was always at the center of her learning. She carried that creative spirit with her after graduation, channeling it into a growing passion for cooking and baking. Through self-guided learning and dedication, Emily honed her skills and turned her vision into reality.

Today, she is the proud owner of Em’s Sweets & Eats Food Truck, sharing her creativity and talent with the community.

To future graduates, she offers this advice: "If you have a passion that can be turned into a career, don’t give up and keep pushing forward to meet your goals. Having a job you love and get excited for is the best & most rewarding thing you can do for yourself."
