Mindful Moments in Kindergarten at Willard Prior!

Mrs. Stagnitta’s kindergarten class at Willard Prior Elementary has made yoga part of their daily routine—and they’re already seeing the benefits! Through simple poses, breathing exercises, and mindful movement, students are learning how to focus their attention, build strength and flexibility, and manage their big feelings in a healthy way. Yoga helps improve balance, coordination, and self-regulation, setting students up for success both in and out of the classroom. It’s wonderful to see our youngest learners growing strong in both body and mind!
