HS Art Student and Young Entrepreneur Wins Art Contest for Maintenance Vehicle Decals

The OCSD Business Office recently hosted a contest for high school art students, inviting them to submit graphic designs for decals to be used on District Maintenance Vehicles.
We are pleased to announce that the winner of this contest is Drew, a newcomer to graphic design. Prior to this year, he had limited experience in the field. "It's fun, I like it!" he shares.
In addition to his artistic pursuits, Drew runs a business that many in our school community recognize: Drew's Magic and Balloon Animals. You can find him on Facebook!
"I do magic and balloon animals for any event, for any ages," he explains.
Drew intends to continue this venture alongside his future career ambitions. He finds that it keeps him actively engaged and allows him to earn extra income.
He is eager to see his design featured on the maintenance trucks when out in the community. Be sure to keep an eye out for our newly decorated maintenance vehicles, coming soon!
