Students in Mrs. Armlin's class at Seneca Street Elementary engaged in an enriching science lesson that focused on critical thinking and classification skills. They organized various items into groups based on shared characteristics, such as shape, size, weight, color, and smell. This hands-on activity not only fostered collaboration among peers but also enhanced their understanding of the scientific method and the importance of observation in categorizing objects.
