We understand you may want to make a request for remote learning or to switch from remote to hybrid learning.  
The first step is to complete the form on the link below. Please note that a Family ID account is required. Your request will be forwarded to your child's building principal. Your child's building principal will call you to discuss your request. Your child's current program will not change until the building principal has approved your request.
