We will be updating the email system from version 2010 to 2016 starting at 4:00pm on Friday February 17th. For the majority of staff there shouldn't be anything you need to do differently to connect to email after the upgrade. The interface for the Outlook on the Web is quite different. Below is a brief document outlining the major changes.
- Your email will all be migrated to the new system so you don't have to worry about losing your email.

- Before the migration we ask that you go through your email and see what can be deleted or archived. This will help the migration go faster and improve your speed.

- This process is time consuming! We estimate it will take several days to fully migrate all staff's mailboxes.

- Email will NOT be accessible during the migration process. Please plan accordingly during this time over the weekend and winter break.
